The project involves the implementation, updating and installation of new toll systems Free flow type MLFF DSRC/ TC278standards, in motorway networks managed by the Costanera Norte and Vespucio Sur.

The initial project consists in 2 phases (Etapa 1 and Etapa  2) and concerns the supply of a new of free flow system for the tolling of passing vehicles.

SPEA is responsible for the Detailed design, installation and development of metal gantries and the design and development of mechanical recovery of the equipment in the presence of traffic.

 

To date the gantries up and running are:

ETAPA 1: (Costanera Norte)

  • Conception – 5 lanes with a span of 19:20 m
  • Bellavista – 2 lanes with a span e of 7.80 m
  • Vivaceta – 2 lanes with a span of 10:50 m
  • Pure – 2 lanes with a span of 8.80 m
  • Porch P2 – Arch 4 + 4 lanes with a span of 33.9 m

 

Portals designed and currently under installation

ETAPA 2: (Costanera Norte)

  • Porch P8 – 5 lanes with a span of 22.80 m
  • Porch P8.0 – 2 lanes with a span of 10.60 m
  • Porch P8.1 – 2 lanes with a span of 9.70 m
  • Porch P8.2 – one lane with a span of 20.11 m
  • Porch P8.3 – one lane with a span of 7.30 m

VESPUCIO SUR – COSTANERA NORTE

• Detailed design and installation of the mechanical support of the tolling equipment and the structural elements required for the modification of existing gantries geometry that are not compatible with the systems of Autostrade Tech.
