The objective of this project is to contribute to the establishment of a road safety system in Albania compliant with EU standards.
In details, the project is to:
- Resolve gaps in Albanian legislation in meeting EU Directives for road transportation management, vehicles inspection and speed management, and road safety, and
Strengthen beneficiaries’ capability, resources and implementation framework for establishing an effective road safety system for hazard and accident reduction and growing traffic behavior improvement, according to European standards
