Phase I: improve the effectiveness and quality of movement of goods and people

• Detailed control over each element of the work ( superstructure ,infrastructure);
• Elaboration of the necessary additional studies;
• Rehabilitation design ;
• Initial identification of the amount of work and estimate of the amount of investments ;

Phase II: ensure the continuity of traffic on National Highway nr.4

• Ensure the management, control and supervision of rehabilitation works of the Kamoro bridge on the National Road nr.4;
• Manage contracts of works;
• Manage the development of PGES in phase with the construction program;
• Assistance during the defect notification period.
