Spea Engineering presents the Pre-Feasibility study of the Artashat – Qajaran highway at the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan

Spea Engineering, in JV with IRD Engineering, presented the Pre-feasibility study and the options for the Artashat – Qajaran highway (Armenia) at the meeting with the Governing Council of North-South Road Corridor and Sustainable Urban Development investment programs, haired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, in the Office of Government.
