Tangenziale Esterna S.p.A. and Consorzio Tangenziale Engineering (Spea is a shareholder in the Consortium with a share of 30%), signed a contract for the services of Project Management Consulting for the construction of the East Outer Ring Road in Milan. It is a highway axis, outside the current East ring road of Milan, of about 32 km from the main allignment Melegnano (Highway A1 Milan-Bologna-Rome-Naples) to Agrate Brianza (Highway A4 Turin-Milan-Venice-Trieste), and it is connected with the Autostrada Brescia-Bergamo-Milan (Bre.Be.Mi) through the so-called “Arc TEEM”.
The project will include
- the construction of 38 Km of secondary roads
- the rehabilitation of 15 km of existing roads
- the completion of 30 km of cycle paths The contract should be held over the next 31 months and will be committed about 20 technicians of the Consorzio Tangenziale Engineering
