Spea Engineering in Podgorica, Montenegro for the Kick-off meeting of the project Development of a Road Database of Montenegro funded by the European Union.

The aim of the project is the collection and processing of the data on all trunk and regional roads in Montenegro, in order to create a Computerized Management System of the National Road Network. This will improve the management, planning and development of the road transport network.
