The overall objective of the Technical Assistance operation is to support the Government of Armenia to implement the North – South Road Corridor Investment Programme, which is part of the Armenian Transport Sector Development Strategy 2020. The specific objective is the Construction Supervision of NSRC Tranche 3 Lanjik – Gyumri road section, approx.. 27.47 km in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and including preparation of reports related to the construction works progress and operation.
The results to be achieved are:
- NSRC Tranche 3 Lanjik-Gyumri road section construction contract administration and adjudication
- Payment and certification
- Engineering testing
- Advice on contractor evaluation
- Preparation of reports related to the construction works progress and organization.
