The project’s objective is to prepare the technical documents in form of the Detailed Design for Heavy Maintenance , which would ensure: an increase of usability value and durability of road, improvement of traffic safety, incorporation of requirements of local community (social aspect) and compliance of requirements for environmental protections.
The subject section from Batrovci to Kuzmin belongs to IA class state road no. 3 Border Croatia/Serbia (Batrovci) – Sremska Mitrovica – Ruma – Dobanovci – Beograd – Pancevo – Banatski Karlovac – Vrsac – Border Serbia/Romania (Vatin) and thus represents a connection between Belgrade, as the national administrative centre, with the Republic of Croatia (in the west) and the Republic of Romania (in the east).
In order to successfully complete the requested assignment, the Consultant will prepare and deliver to the Client the following results:
