The main objective of the project is to develop the Preliminary and Final Design of the East-West Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line between Yopoungon and Bingerville in Abidjian (Côte d’Ivoire).
The BRT route, approximately 20 km long, will be fully segregated in the median of the roadway, to guarantee the commercial speed. Stations will be closed with off-board fare collection system and will be at-level with bus platforms, to enable faster boarding and aligning. The project will include tunnels (approx. 1km) and viaducts (approx. 3 km).
