Announcement of the merger of ADR Engineering S.p.A. by incorporation into Spea Ingegneria Europea S.p.A.

ADR Engineering S.p.A. has been merged by incorporation into Spea Ingegneria Europea S.p.A., with effect from 1 June 2015, by virtue of said merger, Spea Ingegneria Europea S.p.A. changes its name to “Spea Engineering S.p.A.” and increase its technical capabilities and financial capacity.

The merger led to the enhancement of the expertise of both firms and allowed Spea Engineering S.p.A. to become a leader in the field of integrated engineering services in the roadways, highways and airport sectors.

Spea Engineering S.p.A. has now its registred office in Rome, its operational headquarters in Milan, 7 branches abroad and a controlled company in Brazil.
